Throughout her career, Sarah has developed a robust general commercial practice, with a focus on advising clients through various stages of transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients, from start-ups to multinational companies, across a wide range of industries. She is an expert in drafting, negotiating, and settling complex commercial documents, including business sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and separation agreements. Sarah has worked with companies to resolve shareholder disputes and assisted in negotiating exits of founders and shareholders. Over the past ten plus years, Sarah has assisted clients with the purchase and sale of licensed businesses, lease negotiations, and general commercial matters.  

  

In addition to her expertise in mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law, Sarah is also an accomplished property law practitioner. She advises on the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial properties, working closely with property developers, vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants to ensure their legal needs are met.  

  

Sarah's practice also includes advising clients on HR/people and culture, employment law, and industrial relations strategy. She has a deep understanding of termination of employment and performance management.
