Josh Diamond
Josh Diamond is a talented and energetic lawyer with a breadth of experience in commercial, property and corporate advisory. With over ten years of experience in the law, Joshua has a proven track record of delivering exceptional and commercially driven results for his clients.
Why Josh?
Most recently, prior to founding My Legal Advisor, Joshua held the position of Senior Associate at a Melbourne CBD firm where he provided advice to companies across a broad range of industries and business life cycles.
In July 2020, Josh founded My Legal Advisor with the aim of providing an alternative solution for start-ups and entrepreneurs to obtain friendly and accessible strategic guidance and legal services. Through his experience with growing companies, Josh has developed an ability to deliver both dynamic and practical advice to help companies navigate complex legal issues.
Since January 2021, alongside his role as principal founder at My Legal Advisor, Josh has been serving as General Counsel of Mr Yum, one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech start-ups with 20 million global users, thousands of venues and 150+ employees across ANZ, UK, US, and Singapore. In his role as GC and member of the Mr Yum executive team, Josh has taken the lead on a number of legal projects, including; capital raising, M&A, ESOP plans, T&Cs, Privacy & GDPR compliance and worldwide partnership and other commercial agreements.
Josh’s expertise in the law, combined with his passion for providing value to start-ups and entrepreneurs, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
